Kimette is an extremely helpful and knowledgeable agent. We have purchased a lot (she helped work through the process of working with a builder, architect - etc) and a house through her. The house was purchased sight unseen, which presented some obvious issues -- all through the process, Kimette was there to help and answer questions. Her knowledge of the area and selling environment helped tremendously (and helped us save money in a very competitive environment).

I had hardly turned around and she had lined up 7 qualified offers within a couple of days and the entire project was closed within 2 weeks of me first speaking with her (significantly above the asking price). She was fast, competent, and very easy to work with! I then needed to do a 1031 exchange and had some lined up in other cities that continued to fall through due to the lack of properties available in 2021. Without asking me, Kimette proactively found a great project for me to invest the funds into in a very tight market. She proactively worked out all the details with the builder, title co., introduced me to great property managers, etc. I would recommend Kimette to anyone any time.
